  • Located in central Europe, from the Business Park "Alte Flachse" you have easy access to the former East Block countries. The location offers optimum connections to the North/South axis [London-Vienna-Milan] and the East/West axis [Paris-Prague].

  • The rent prices für the inhouse premises are between 1,50 € (no heating) up to 5,50 € (with heating), including infrastructure facilities. For outside areas we would kindly ask you to specify your needs.
